Abstract

Random user mobility on a WLAN network allows users to move away from the access point (AP) that serves them so it has an impact on the possibility of users losing connectivity to the communication network. This study aims to simulate handover performance at the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN North Sumatra to maintain network QoS by using the comparison method of RSSI AP1 and AP2 values and comparing RSSI values with Threshold values. The computational results on the RSSI comparison method with the threshold are carried out at a distance of 15 meters, and the comparison of the RSSI AP1 values has dropped below the RSSI AP2 values with values of -64.35 dBm and -62.75 dBm respectively. Meanwhile, in the threshold method, the RSSI AP1 value is below the threshold so that the user connectivity service will be transferred to AP2. This research is expected so that the Faculty of Science and Technology can obtain information on the quality of WLAN network services through mobile devices.

Abstract

Data presentation techniques are critical in the development of information technology for processing data and producing information. One of the factors to consider while making judgments is the process of converting data into information. Google Data Studio can be used to turn data into information about changes in a data variable over a specific time period. This visual data can be examined and shown in the form of visual graphs and diagrams, for example, data on tourist and foreign visits to an area. This study includes data on local and foreign tourist visits to East Nusa Tenggara in terms of the number of tourists staying at Bintang Hotels from 2019 to 2022. According to the study's findings, the number of tourists visiting star hotels increased and decreased dramatically between 2019 and 2022. In 2019, for example, the largest number of domestic guests was 375,506 people, while the highest number of overseas guests was 43,094 people. Domestic visitors visited 221,884 persons in 2020, while overseas visitors visited 8,420 people. Domestic visitors will increase slightly to 322,024 in 2021, while overseas visitors will fall to 6,095 in 2021. There were 115,839 local guests and 3,201 overseas guests from 2022 to April.

Abstract

To maintain stability in economic growth and people's purchasing power, as well as productivity in the business sector, the government has issued several policy instruments in the taxation sector. This thesis discusses the review of the provision of tax facilities in the context of handling the Covid-19 pandemic for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. The purpose and use of this research is to find out the form of tax facilities in the context of handling the Covid-19 pandemic for the MSME sector, how to provide these tax facilities and also to find out the obstacles in the implementation and implementation of the provision of tax facilities. The method used in this research is normative juridical, namely an approach that emphasizes the law which is conceptualized as what is written in the legislation, with regard to the subject matter to be discussed in relation to practice in the field so that it can solve a problem by collecting data and analyzing . The results of the study can be concluded that the form of tax facilities provided by the government in the context of handling the Covid-19 pandemic for the MSME sector is in the form of Final PPh borne by the Government. This means that the income received by the MSME actors is not calculated as income that is subject to tax. However, there are still many MSME actors who have not taken advantage of the tax facilities provided by the government. This is due to the lack of socialization carried out by the government, and the low level of tax literacy in the community. In addition, to be able to take advantage of this tax facility is still difficult for MSME actors because most of the administrative processes are carried out online, where MSME actors are still accustomed to fulfilling their tax obligations manually. As a suggestion, DGT is expected to cooperate with several strategic partners in conducting socialization and training on the implementation of procedures for utilizing tax incentive facilities..

Abstract

Every household has several electronic devices, such as lights, fans, water heaters, and other devices. However, most of these devices cannot be accessed and controlled at all times remotely. One way to access and control it is to use the internet to access it anywhere and anytime. The design and manufacture of this prototype are done by inputting data into the Blynk application on an Android smartphone. The inputted data is in the form of serial data, sent to the NodeMCU V3 microcontroller, then translated into parallel data, and then forwarded to a relay with an LED indicator that shows the condition of the electronic equipment. The relay will execute data from NodeMCU V3 to turn on or turn off electronic equipment. The system is capable of working with hotspot connectivity with NodeMCU V3 connected at a maximum distance of 12 m in a closed room and 17 m in an open space. Based on testing from five different locations, the system could remotely control the lights, fans, and water heaters. In testing the delay of electronic equipment, the average delay value is 2.8 seconds.

Abstract

Problems that arise when acquiring equipment and pharmaceuticals include procurement delays caused by waiting for genuine data from the storage area, as well as surplus stock of various types of drugs. This is due to the fact that administrative documents are still kept in the traditional manner. In this article, we provide forecasting tool and medicine stock based on the demand ratio in order to overcome stock delays and surplus stock. Because of the needs (in the month of forecasting carried out and the amount of data held), single exponential smoothing with alpha 0.1 is utilized. The prediction findings are also considered accurate because the forecasting smoothing computation with an average error value of MAD (21,4), MSE (710,4), and MAPE (7%) was assessed as very good.

Abstract

The most important thing for companies is to hire new people who have the skills and qualities needed for the job or acceptance offered. The ability of a company to run well depends a lot on the quality of its employees. The issue of hiring people and getting the finest applicants can be overcome with the aid of decision-making procedures. In a recruitment process, there are many selection mechanisms in businesses with varying criteria. In this study, decision-makers are selecting candidates for employment based on specified criteria, including an intelligence test (C1), an interview test (C2), a test of skills and abilities (C3), an assessment of attitudes and behaviors (C4), and work experience (C5). The calculating approach employs the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method because it can be applied to situations with multiple criteria and attributes and does not require the decision maker to calculate the weights of the criterion. The 3 best option candidates for the employees with the greatest PSI value, which is PSI = 0.88186, are determined by the results of the final PSI method computation from 5 alternatives.

Abstract

In some cases, this disease can cause complications, such as blood poisoning, septic shock, skin infections (cellulite), permanent skin damage, permanenteye damage, and inflammation of body organs such as the liver and lungs. So that patients find it difficult to get information about Erythema Multiforme and how to handle it. The system that has been designed before has not implemented the client server feature so as to facilitate centralized database processing. Always back up data in order to avoid possible loss of important data caused by damage to the hardware. Then an expert system web will be designed to diagnose diseases in Erythema Multiforme using the Certainty Factor method. This expert web system reasoning uses a chain that is traversed from a chain that is traversed from a hypothesis back to the facts that support the hypothesis. Keywords: Expert System, Artificial Intelligence, Certainty Factor, Website
